- Search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.
- Process and contact Labor Department or University or Institution to notice on board.
- Arrange advertisement on internet under approved budget.
- Conduct recruitment and selection such as screening resumes, skill testing and interviews to fill most qualified staff.
- First interview with candidates before propose to next interviewer.
- Conduct exit interview and summarize all related factors.
- Prepare presentation for orientation program.
- Conduct a part of Orientation Program for new staff.
- Provide comments for relevant divisions on proper qualification of vacant positions.
- Male / Female, Age over 25 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Political Science or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment function.
- Good personality, good communication, presentation skill and self-motivated.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail.
- Good command of spoken and written English(Company have special remuneration for candidate who got TOEIC score > 550 points)
- Able to drive
